Average 45% (WI) in 14,560 acres

Over 60 drilling locations in inventory

Assuming an average production of 80 mcf/d, per well, this area has the potential for 2,500 mcf/d of net production

Thorsby

Primarily a Horseshoe Canyon dry CBM play with additional upside from conventional Edmonton and Belly River sand channels

Average 88% (WI) in 14,720 acres including farm - in lands

5 to 9 additional wells planned for 2008 with a further 70 locations in inventory

Assuming an average production of 100 mcf/d, per well, this area has the potential for 6,500 mcf/d of net production

Operate 60% WI in 3,200 undeveloped acres

Two wells currently being tested with an additional 18 locations in inventory

Evaluating 2008 Capex and opportunities to grow land position

On a risked basis, with an average production of 100 mcf/d, per well, this area has the potential for 1,000 mcf/d of net production
