Richards Oil & Gas Limited is a junior Canadian exploration and production company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange (symbol: RIX). Headquartered in Calgary, the Company was started in May 2004 with a focus on coalbed methane (CBM) exploration and exploitation. The Company went public in June 2005. Since then, Richards has grown and developed quickly and consistently, focused on developing short-term cash flow opportunities in the Horseshoe Canyon coals and exploring for and exploiting medium- to longer-term resource plays in the Mannville and Ardley coals.
